Ocho was still very young when the ruthless Ulnian expansion left them all on their own. They wouldn't have lasted long if Teg wasn't also hit by the same onslaught and decided to place them in (relatively) safe hands.
Ocho's an incredibly chaotic specimen, with an obsession with dartship racing. They often leave a mess when left to roam free, but they are still adored by the crew.
